Returns and refunds

We want your Strip Trimmer to arrive ready for your next project. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecoppergypsyshop@gmail.com.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely for return. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return so we can help quickly.

Refunds

Once the return is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please email photos and your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
